Москва, 2 сентября 2010. Компания AFI Development, одна из ведущих компаний в сфере недвижимости в России и странах СНГ, объявляет о получении в Сбербанке займа для целей проектного финансирования в размере 74 млн. долларов США сроком на 5 лет.

Москва, 2 сентября 2010. Компания AFI Development, одна из ведущих компаний в сфере недвижимости в России и странах СНГ, объявляет о получении в Сбербанке займа для целей проектного финансирования в размере 74 млн. долларов США сроком на 5 лет.
Займ получен в российской валюте и будет использован для окончания строительства третьей фазы комплекса на Озерковской набережной в соответствии с бизнес планом компании на 2010 год, анонсированном 18 января 2010.
Процентная ставка по кредиту составит 13% годовых на период строительства и снизится до 11,75% после его окончания, ожидаемого в 2011 году.
Проект на Озерковской набережной состоит из четырех фаз, расположенных в Замоскворечье. Строительство фазы III, общей площадью 75 500 кв.м, состоящей из офисных зданий класса А и апартаментов, было приостановлено в период финансового кризиса. Компания приняла решение возобновить проект, ожидая восстановление спроса на офисы класса А в Москве, а также по причине интереса к зданию у ряда клиентов.
