Москва, 26 июля 2010 - Компания AFI Development, лидирующий девелопер многофункциональных объектов недвижимости в России и странах СНГ, объявляет об успешном завершении переговоров с Банком ВТБ. В результате переговоров компания и Банк ВТБ пришли к соглашению о продлении срока действия кредитной линии, предоставленной на цели финансирования затрат по проектированию и строительству ТРЦ Mall of Russia и улучшении условий кредитного соглашения, заключенного между AFI Development и ВТБ банком 28 августа 2008 г.

Изменение основных условий кредитной линии Банка ВТБ.
Москва, 26 июля 2010 - Компания AFI Development, лидирующий девелопер многофункциональных объектов недвижимости в России и странах СНГ, объявляет об успешном завершении переговоров с Банком ВТБ. В результате переговоров компания и Банк ВТБ пришли к соглашению о продлении срока действия кредитной линии, предоставленной на цели финансирования затрат по проектированию и строительству ТРЦ Mall of Russia, и улучшении условий кредитного соглашения, заключенного между AFI Development и Банком ВТБ 28 августа 2008 г.
AFI Development заключила с банком дополнительное соглашение, согласно которому срок пользования кредита был продлен на два года - до августа 2013, а также была снижена процентная ставка с 16 % до 13.25 % годовых в рублях РФ.
Кредитная линия на общую сумму 8,45 миллиардов рублей была предоставлена AFI Development с целью финансирования затрат по проектированию и строительству ТРЦ Mall of Russia. Cумма использованного лимита по кредитному соглашению на 30 июня 2010 составила 6,38 миллиардов рублей.
