Project Description

With population of 1.2 million, Perm is the 6th largest city in Russia and stretches 65kms along the Kama River, Europe's 4th largest river by length.

Our multi-stage project in Perm is located on one of the city's central streets on the embankment and consists of 3 residential buildings built on a common base. In addition to the residential element, the project includes retail and underground parking facilities.
