Project Description
The Otradnoye residential district is located in the town of Odintsovo, a modern area considered to be one of the best and most environmentally clean towns in the Moscow region. The entire residential district takes up 37.9 ha (729,420 sq.m), which will host eight 8-to-25 story buildings. The residential element will offer almost 6 000 Economy-Plus class apartments and a total sellable area of 477,980 sqm.

The development of the residential district will include multi-functional infrastructure comprising of 2 schools, 2 kindergartens, a medical center, a library equipped with a computer class, a cinema, sport centers, a beauty salon, a club for teenagers, children's sport school, etc. In addition there will be 2 shopping centers with total area of 22 000 sqm, both including 2 supermarkets of 3 000 to 5 000 sqm. The described infrastructure includes both underground and open-air parking offering 3 040 parking places for residents as well as landscaped green areas.

Location
The property is located in the satellite town of Odintsovo 4 km outside of Moscow, within a forested park belt in the western part of the Moscow Region. The Odintsovo district is considered to be a prestigious Moscow neighborhood close to the Rizhskoye, Rublevo-Uspenskoye, and Minskoye Highways and has both well developed transport infrastructure and accessibility, and is considered to be one of the most ecologically attractive areas in the Moscow Region.

In the imminent future, the Odintsovo district authorities will construct a 6-lane toll-road parallel to M1 Belarus (Minskoye Highway) which will alleviate traffic congestion in the town and improve traffic flows and pollution in Moscow's western area.
