AFIMALL CITY is a shopping and entertainment center, located in the core of Moscow City - the largest and most ambitious investment and development project in Europe. The entire Moscow City development project is the first of its kind in Russia and a unique project comprising innovative architectural approaches and multi functional infrastructure.
The Moscow International Business Center ‘Moscow City' consists of:

Transport Accessibility
The location of the AFIMALL CITY provides easy car access to Moscow's major highways and thoroughfares such as the Third Transport Ring, Kutuzovsky prospect and Noviy Arbat. There are also entrances to the Delovoy Center and Mezhdunarodnaya metro stations from inside the Mall itself. Furthermore, a transportation terminal will connect this rapidly-developing business nucleus of Moscow with the Scheremetievo and Vnukovo airports through light-rail way service. Hotel Project
Consistent with our strategy to consolidate our projects, we have recently added a hotel element immediately adjacent to our Moscow City shopping mall project. The land plot comprises 0.7 hectares and is zoned for mixed-use development, including a hotel, shopping gallery and office premises.
Our objective is to create a homogenous, top-quality environment by creating a unique, attractive location for tenants under common AFI Development management and a new and unique attraction in the city of Moscow.
