Location
Four Winds I is located on 71 Bolshaya Gruzinskaya Street, within the Tverskoy district of Moscow to the north west of the city center. It is bordered by 1st and 2nd Brestskaya Streets and 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya. The Tverskaya Zastava square is part of the Central Business District and connects two of the capital's major transportation routes Tverskaya Street and Leningradsky Avenue, making it one of the busiest interchanges in Moscow. Tverskaya Street leads directly to the Kremlin and the Red Square and is one of Moscow's most popular entertainment, social and retailing destinations.

Access by Transport
Four Winds I is extremely well positioned in the heart of the capital's business, commercial and cultural center:

  • Located next to several main highways and arteries leading into the city: including Tverskaya Street, Leningradsky Avenue, the Garden and Third Transport Ring Roads. Daily traffic through the square includes upwards of 300,000 cars.
  • In immediate proximity of the "Belorrusky" metro station, which includes three underground connections from the "Zamoskvorechie" and the "Circle" lines. The Zamoskvorechie line accommodates approximately 60,000 passengers per day, the Circle line - approximately 70,000.
  • Within walking distance of the the Belorusskiy train terminal, which accommodates approximately 85,000 passengers per day from either the Moscow Region or more distant destinations, such as Warsaw, Prague or Berlin. In the future the terminal will offer light railway service to the Sheremetevo and Domodedovo airports.
