Project Description

The Business Center on Berezhkovskaya Embankment is a two-stage ptroject located in the center of Moscow between the Gardeen Ring and Third Transport Rings.

Stage I consisting of 4 class B+ office buildings with total area of 12,000 sqm is finished; the offices are fully leased.

Stage II with total area of 90,260 sqm is in the development stage and will include offices with retail premises and underground parking for 810 slots. Construction is to be finished in 2012.
