Project Description

In 2007 Board of Directors decided to acquire 4 properties in the Caucasian Mineral Springs area from Africa-Israel Hotels Ltd., a division of Africa Israel Investments. Three of these hotels are located in the city of Kislovodsk, while the fourth is in the city of Zheleznovodsk.

Plaza Spa Hotel in Kislovodsk is a 2275-room four star hotel already in operation. Located on the 1.5 ha plot with total area of 25,000 sq. m., the hotel is close to a famous city park.

The Plaza Spa offers entertainment, leisure and therapeutic amenities. It is 100% pre-booked with a minimum 2-month waiting list on a year-round basis.
